Good news for you would be law breakers.  

FBI Director James Comey has said that he would not recommend a prosecutor to indict Hillary Clinton for crimes since she was just very careless with top secret information.  

This new interpretation of U.S. code frees up all of you wanna-be law breakers from being prosecuted.  Did you run that red light?  You won’t get a ticket.  You were just careless in driving your car.   Cheated on your taxes?   Oops.   You didn’t intend to. No way can the IRS come after you. It was just an oversight.  You shot someone?  

Darn, you were careless and negligent in handling that

weapon. Maybe even gross negligence.   

But no reasonable prosecutor will indict you since we are all treated the same under the law, just the same as Hillary Clinton is.   Equal treatment is the hallmark of justice in America. Doing otherwise would just be careless, or even gross negligence.
